Om — A House of Ideas

A guided visit from the sky, through the garden gate, into the foyer and on to the bedroom/study. The animated visit requires JavaScript.

I’m Om Rohilla, pursuing a B.Tech in CSE (AI & ML) at IILM University. I build web applications and work with machine learning. My work includes production web apps, student platforms and cloud forecasting. I also co-authored G-GenAI, a chapter on AI-assisted game development.

Experience

Bluella Private Limited — Software Engineer (May–July 2026): production web applications, frontend/backend and API integrations. IILM University — Software Developer (January–March 2025): Campus360 for first-year CSE events, forms and announcements. SkillSync Startup — Frontend & Backend Developer (October 2024–March 2026): React/Tailwind student dashboard and backend integration.

Hackathons: Smart India Hackathon 2024 Grand Finalist; Scaler School of Technology second place, AI health-monitoring app built in 24 hours; NSUT Crack the Code second place, cracked passwords against a trained LLM defence system; Google Developer Group Hackathon. Additional work: selected to pitch a medical startup idea at BIRAC; built a full university LMS, shelved due to funding. Leadership: IEEE Treasurer, i-Hie PR Head, Alsync Event Coordinator.

Skills: Python, JavaScript, C/C++; React.js, Next.js, Flask, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS; NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLP; AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Google Cloud; MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase; Git, GitHub, Vercel.

Also in the interactive studio: C#, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Vite, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker. These are tools to try, rather than claims of project experience.

Selected work

Reciptor: AI-powered receipt, warranty and claims management with Next.js and Supabase. Uniscan: computer vision-based student identification and attendance with OpenCV. EAGLE-Scale: hybrid LSTM/polynomial cloud workload forecasting and anomaly detection. Project screenshots and reviewed links are pending.

Book chapter
